Charcuterie Board Calculator

This Calculator is for anyone interested in making Charcuterie Boards, or Grazing Tables, from small events all the way up to weddings and large corporate events. What this sheet does is allow you to pick options in different categories such as meats, fruits, cheese, Vegetables, and others. And the sheet tells you how much of each item you need to buy and gives you a real world "ballpark" price for that quantity of each item. This sheet uses the 3-3-3-3 rule for the most part and is very user friendly.

After you select the times you want, at the top of the first page you will see a pricing tool to help you work with clients if you are using this sheet professionally. Also, on the second page, you will find a "Shopping list" that lists out all the items you picked, and tells you how many "oz" of each thing you need to buy, along with a budget for those items.
